This contemporary menu for on board the Sea Princess cruise ship (operated by Princess Cruises) is more typical of our idea of a Valentine's Day menu. It depicts a romantic scene with a couple in a gondola set in front of a pink heart. Inside is a border of red hearts, a large pink heart and rose across the centerfold, and the Princess Cruises slogan, "It's more than a cruise, it's the Love Boat." The upscale French dinner includes descriptions in English of hors d'oeuvres, soups, a salad, entrees, as well as several healthy choice and vegetarian options.
