To All Christian People Before Whom these Presents Shall <br Or May Come (Sendeth Greeting) Whereas Isaac Lefever State of the New Paltz in the County of Ulster and Provence of New York did by his Last will Testament give and Bequeath unto his Beloved wife mary Lefever all That his Real & Personal Estate During her widow=Ship if the said Mary Lefever should Never marry then During her Natural Life and After her Decease to her Children, is by the said Isaac Lefever Last will and Testamin [sic] may more fully & at Large appear, And whearas [sic] the Said Mary Lefever widow of the said Isaac Lefever Deceased, Is willing And [Desirous?] to Give over unto her Children all the Real & Personal Estate, Provided that her said Children Shall be Obliged to pay yearly and Every year the Just and full Sum of fourteen Pound of Good and Lawful money of the Provence of New Paltz And also Yearly and Every year Eight Pounds of wool Each and Every of her said Children as re= portonable [responsible?] Shall As also [ah?y] [sehipp?] besowing [sic] of flax seed yearly And Every year During the said Mary Lefever's Natural Life time As Likewise the Negro [nins?] which By name Is Called Bat During her Natural Life and a succinct wriding [sic] horse so [long as?] the said Mary Lefever Is Able to use one Now Know Ye that said Mary Lefever widow of the above said Isaac Lefever Deceased [Do?] for & every Goods causes [But???] And Especially for the Natural Love & Affection which She the said Mary Lefever widow of Isaac Lefever [?] Beareth cowards her four children Petrus Lefever Johnnes Lefever Daniel Lefever & Mary Hardenbergh wife of John Hardenbergh Junr. Doth Give & Beg with [illegible- possible strikethrough] & By these Presents Doth fully & [pleasingly?] Assign and [above?] unto her Abovesaid four Children Petrus Johannes Daniel & Mary wife of John Hardenbergh Junr. All that the Real & Personal Estate of the above said Isaac Lefever Deceased In Manner & form as follows (that is to say) the said Petrus Lefever Johnnes Lefever Daniel- Lefever Shall have all the Real Estate to be Devided [sic] Among them Share & Share [out?] he to the [other?] heirs & assign for Ever And the Said Petrus Lefever Shall have his Charge for two horses out of the Number of Horses And Also the sd. Petrus Shall have fifteen Pounds out of the Personal Estate Before Eney [sic] Devisson [sic] Shall Be made of the same And Also that the said Petrus Lefever Johannes Lefever Daniel Lefever Shall Pay or Cause to be Paid unto mary Hardenbergh wife of John Hardenbergh Junr. or to her heirs and assign the Just and full sum of
