Description
The Binnewaters, a name given to a multi-racial community around the 5 lakes, were written about by the eugenicist Richard Dugdale. He used the name "jukes" to describe a family with "criminal genes" However, the "Jukes family" were not in fact all related and Dugdale's work has been disproven.
